The tenge (ten-gay, /ˈtɛŋɡeɪ/[3] or /tɛŋˈɡeɪ/;[4] Kazakh: теңге, teñge [tʲeŋˈɡʲe]; Russian: тенге; sign: ₸ ; code: KZT) is the currency of Kazakhstan. It is divided into 100 tiyn (tea-ANN, Kazakh: тиын, tiyn [təˈjən]).
