Egg casserole is great at any time of the day and is good to serve when family gets together or in other large groups.
Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 7–8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups diced ham
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 cups grated Velveeta cheese
- 1 dash each of red pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
Procedure
- Put bread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix melted butter, milk, seasonings, and beaten eggs.
- Pour mixture over bread.
- Sprinkle with diced ham and top with grated cheese.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
