The Vedanga (Sanskrit: वेदाङ्ग vedāṅga, "limb of the Veda-s";[1] plural form: वेदाङ्गानि vedāṅgāni) are six auxiliary disciplines of Vedic studies that developed in Vedic and post-Vedic times.[2]
