Team Snagem is a gang of desert-dwelling Pokémon thieves in Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, a pair of RPG for the Nintendo GameCube. Its leader is Gonzap.

In Pokémon Colosseum, it partnered with a much larger group of criminals dubbed Cipher. Cipher planned to take over the world using Shadow Pokémon, and they relied on Team Snagem to bring them Pokémon. To that extent, Cipher supplied Team Snagem several Snag Machines, which could be used to steal Pokémon from their trainers. The main character, Wes, steals a Snag Machine from them in the beginning of the game.

In Pokémon XD, Team Snagem is almost forgotten by the general public (except where it pertains to Wes' origins) and is resentful towards Cipher for using them in Colosseum. They steal Michael's Snag Machine as he is leaving the abandoned SS Libra, resulting in a plot extension where he has to follow them to their hideout to reclaim it. After Michael defeats Gonzap, he returns the Snag Machine (as it didn't fit the bulky man's arm anyway). Team Snagem then reappears at the Cipher Key Lair, where they incapacitate the guards (saving Michael some time). Gonzap tells Michael that he will be their main enemy after Team Snagem is back to its former glory, but much later admits that the boy is way beyond Snagem.
