Wanda is a fictional character in the Pokémon franchise, cousin of Wally. She lives with her parents in Verdanturf Town. Her boyfriend from Rustboro City attempted to complete the Rusturf Tunnel by hand, all alone, after construction was halted (because it was disturbing the local wildlife, most notably the abundant Whismur), so they could be together.

Pokémon Adventures manga

In the manga, Wanda resembled Wally greatly, and was often mistaken for him. Ruby made this error when he spotted her leaving a Contest in Verdanturf he had just won.
