Keep the momentum going after a one-off big push?
- Include ORCID in induction package for new staff.
- Encourage ORCID as a KPI metric to allow for reporting and a targeted approach. Power BI dashboards can be created at School/Unit level to show the percentage of staff with an ORCID. This helps identify where you need to advocate and to find local support who may be able to help.
- Presentations/Workshops are great ways to maintain visibility.
